Senior Engineer (Revenue Systems)

What you will do

• Own revenue-system integrations connecting HubSpot deal terms and contract data with the product platform.
• Design contract, entitlement, and billing data models that represent billable and recognized usage.
• Build the Tabs integration to automate the flow of usage and entitlements into invoicing.
• Reconcile multiple sources of truth and surface discrepancies before they affect billing.
• Establish quality and maintenance standards for revenue-system integrations.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with broad ownership and architectural influence as a senior individual contributor.
• Systems integration and data modeling skills, including APIs, webhooks, reconciliation, and consistency across data sources.
• Production experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Understanding of how contracts, usage, and entitlements map to revenue.
• Ability to build greenfield systems against tools that are not fully specified.
• A correctness-first mindset, especially for billing edge cases.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Background in billing, invoicing, or usage-based pricing systems.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS contract models, including seat licenses, usage tiers, and entitlements.
• Experience scaling revenue operations without adding headcount per customer.
