What you will do

• Own parts of the product roadmap and backlog, contributing to feature definition and technical scoping.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve product features from proposal through delivery.
• Extend sensor capabilities by building protocol dissectors and improving event collection.
• Develop and support high-throughput, low-latency systems and backend data-processing capabilities.
• Review pull requests and improve codebase health through regular technical-debt work.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams while providing feedback during planning and technical discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong professional experience with Golang.
• Significant experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with communication protocols and willingness to work with packet processing.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, use AI effectively, and apply sound engineering judgment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, independent problem-solving, and iterative development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Experience with Linux systems and eBPF development.
