Software Engineer – Industrial Systems & ATE (Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software for LiDAR calibration and production-line automation.
• Develop algorithms, automation solutions, user interfaces, and infrastructure for complex production systems.
• Analyze failures, improve processes, and enhance code quality and development practices.
• Contribute to software architecture, system design, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, optics, mechanics, and systems engineers to deliver reliable mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of software development experience after a B.Sc.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience developing software for complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, adaptability, ownership, and effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product or hardware-oriented company.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React, Docker, Electron, REST APIs, MongoDB, MySQL, distributed systems, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
