What you will do

• Own core backend services from architecture and design through production.
• Build algorithm-driven components for real-time routing and delivery decisions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design in a complex distributed environment.
• Take features from product discovery through implementation and production release.
• Use AI development tools as part of daily engineering work and help advance AI-driven backend development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend development experience in a modern programming language.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools as part of daily engineering work.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous execution models.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format from the TLV offices.

Nice to have

• Advanced monitoring and observability practices.
• Professional experience with Node.js.
