What you will do
- Design and implement RAG pipelines that ground LLM responses in customer data.
- Build tool-calling architectures and MCP connections to EHRs, data warehouses, APIs, and operational systems.
- Develop production Python services using LangChain, LangSmith, and modern AI frameworks.
- Prepare secure infrastructure, integrations, deployment plans, and go-live activities.
- Monitor deployed systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- Partner with deployment strategists and customers to explain architecture and solve technical problems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong Python and production development skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and modern LLM development patterns.
- Deep understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLM-as-judge techniques.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, or enterprise systems, including asynchronous patterns and error handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-ranked university.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration approaches.
- Healthcare IT experience with EHR, FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards.
- Production DevOps, infrastructure, monitoring, and incident-response experience.
- Experience deploying AI or LLM systems in production.
