TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (Data): Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume device intelligence data across JavaScript collection agents, server APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and MCP query experiences with an accent on scalability, reliability, and enterprise analytics. Focus on designing API-as-a-product capabilities, evolving distributed data systems, and driving customer migrations and adoption.
Location: Remote from the United Kingdom. Candidates must be legally authorized to work from their home location; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Own the product lifecycle and integrated roadmap for device intelligence data collection, ingestion, storage, processing, querying, reporting, and customer-facing experiences.
- Define priorities for JavaScript agents, server APIs, analytics dashboards, and MCP query workflows.
- Partner with engineering on data pipelines, API architecture, scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and regional data residency.
- Lead major server API migrations while minimizing customer disruption.
- Translate customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives into prioritized initiatives, measurable outcomes, and product requirements.
- Coordinate launches, documentation, customer education, enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product management experience, preferably with products in a growth, scaling, or transformation phase.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data collection, storage, processing, querying, and analytics products.
- Experience with event-level data APIs, high-volume behavioral or identity data, and enterprise analytics workflows.
- Technical fluency in APIs, architecture, data pipelines, rate limiting, authentication, pagination, and system constraints.
- Experience owning roadmaps, defining product metrics, prioritizing under constraints, and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be legally authorized to work from a home location in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity intelligence, anti-fraud, device intelligence, or similar data-intensive platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience partnering with sales and marketing on launches, positioning, pricing inputs, or commercial initiatives.
