What you will do
- Brief, edit, deliver, and optimise video assets for YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Repurpose widescreen films and TV shows into vertical and platform-specific formats.
- Create thumbnails, community assets, metadata, and social copy to maximise engagement and revenue.
- Manage content calendars and maintain weekly publishing schedules.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics, Snapchat Studio, and TikTok Business Suite to inform content decisions.
- Use Adobe Premiere and AI-powered production and editing tools in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Experience creating high-quality video content quickly in a commercial or digital media environment.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, with a working knowledge of After Effects and basic 2D keyframe animation.
- Active, confident use of YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and other major social networks.
- Ability to write strong social video copy and interpret platform analytics.
- Experience re-versioning widescreen content for vertical video platforms.
- Degree in creative arts, graphic design, digital media, creative computing, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of the AVOD landscape and audience expectations.
- Passion for television content and current social media trends.
- Experience working collaboratively in a small, entrepreneurial production unit.
