What you will do

• Create high-quality social assets at scale for daily publishing.
• Edit, format, and optimize short-form vertical video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design engaging Instagram carousels and other lightweight graphic assets.
• Apply platform-specific standards for pacing, text placement, safe zones, and visual hooks.
• Review interviews and raw footage to identify compelling clips and soundbites.
• Collaborate with producers and the social team while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience producing and editing social media content for brands, publishers, or agencies.
• Strong hands-on experience with video and graphics editing software.
• Practical experience with CapCut, Figma, and Adobe Express.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content formats and performance patterns.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in music, artists, and music video culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Adobe Photoshop.
