What you will do

• Edit UGC-style videos and thumb-stopping social media content for IG Reels, TikTok, and Meta ads.
• Develop creative hooks, layer audio, and overlay text to drive key brand messaging.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to review ad analytics and optimize creative output.
• Manage the full post-production workflow, including ingesting footage, logging, and mastering deliverables.
• Maintain media storage, archive projects, and coordinate edit equipment.
• Ensure accessibility by providing closed captioning and voiceovers across various aspect ratios.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating platform-native content for social media (TikTok, Reels, Meta).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and FCPX.
• Strong skills in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder).
• Technical knowledge of codecs, transcoding, and broadcast finishing workflows.
• Must be based in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain.
