Senior MS Intune & Cloud Security Specialist (Freelance)

Location: Remote from Argentina, Peru, Mexico, or Colombia; part-time availability aligned with Argentina Time (ART)

What you will do

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune and cloud-only Entra ID environments from scratch, without legacy on-premises Active Directory dependencies.
• Configure device enrollment and management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Vulnerability Management, including EDR, antivirus, attack surface reduction, network protection, and automated remediation.
• Connect AWS EC2 infrastructure to Microsoft Defender for Cloud through Azure Arc and enable server protection.
• Integrate GitHub and GitLab repositories with Defender for Cloud to detect exposed secrets, infrastructure-as-code issues, and dependency vulnerabilities.
• Document policies against ISO 27001:2022 and deliver hands-on knowledge-transfer sessions to engineering and security leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or cloud security implementations.
• Hands-on experience delivering greenfield Microsoft Intune and Entra ID deployments.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience connecting AWS EC2 environments through Azure Arc and integrating GitHub or GitLab security scanning.
• Flexible part-time availability aligned with Argentina Time (ART).
• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written, is required. Strong technical documentation and knowledge-transfer skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft SC-100, MD-102, or AZ-500 certification.
• Practical ISO 27001:2022 framework-mapping experience.
• Basic PowerShell or Bash scripting skills.
