What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity consulting engagements, including security assessments and threat modeling.
• Develop and implement Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) and cyber deception strategies.
• Translate complex technical findings and threat scenarios into actionable executive-level remediation plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams and mentor junior consultants to ensure methodological consistency.
• Collaborate with CISOs, security architects, and cloud teams to strengthen client security posture.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client workshops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, security assessments, or threat management.
• Spanish and English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is required for stakeholder communication.
• Solid knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and OWASP.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects and managing client stakeholders in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to operate effectively across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, OSCP, or GIAC.
• Experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in detection engineering, SOC use cases, or DevSecOps integration.
