Bilingual Cybersecurity Policy & Regulatory Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Texas, United States; four days a week in the office

What you will do

• Monitor, research, and interpret cybersecurity regulations, regulatory guidance, compliance requirements, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies, standards, procedures, controls, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses, remediation activities, implementation deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and evidence collection.
• Lead cybersecurity policy governance across policy development, review, approval, publication, implementation, and periodic recertification.
• Prepare regulatory readiness reports, policy governance metrics, executive briefings, compliance findings, and management reports.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and continuous improvement with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Privacy, Technology, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish communication required.
• Experience with regulatory analysis, cybersecurity governance, policy development and administration, risk assessment, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of frameworks or regulations such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, NYDFS, SEC cybersecurity rules, GDPR, or Latin American privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
• At least 1–5 years of experience in a large and complex business environment, including work with senior-level management.
• At least one year of experience in a relevant cybersecurity, compliance, audit, risk, security architecture, or legal-regulatory domain.
• High school diploma required; associate degree and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CGRC certification.
• Experience with UML design tools, Visio, Microsoft Office, technical writing, network and VLAN segmentation, SSH, serial connections, or TMSH.
