Electronics Assembly and Test Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Place small electronic components onto printed circuit boards with precision.
• Solder components and inspect electronic parts and assemblies.
• Apply epoxies, coatings, and silicone to electronic assemblies.
• Install hardware using screws, nuts, and handheld tools.
• Maintain production documentation, workbench organization, and issued equipment.
• Perform other electronics manufacturing tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work cooperatively and respond professionally to critical feedback.
• Strong commitment to quality and precision.
• Must be a US Person or eligible to obtain any required export authorization.
• Ability to inspect products through a microscope and pass an eye examination.
• Controlled hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with tweezers, soldering irons, and small components.

Nice to have

• Experience assembling electronic circuit boards.
• Experience hand soldering electronics.
