What you will do

• Assemble product inspection equipment according to mechanical prints, electrical schematics, parts lists, and work instructions.
• Apply safety guidelines, risk assessments, and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Document completed work through quality checklists and accurately record project time.
• Report quality, material, equipment, and process issues to Assembly leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering on process capabilities, cost reduction, and quality improvement ideas.
• Maintain an organized work area and provide hands-on training to coworkers when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of assembly experience.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to read technical schematics and assembly instructions.
• Quality and safety awareness, attention to detail, strong communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and work in standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and other positions for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime; the position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
