Associate, Revenue Operations - Ads & Promotions

Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage budget tracking, financial and operational data, and reconciliation with Finance and Marketing.
• Prepare recurring business performance reviews, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Automate and improve data processes to increase visibility into key business metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, financial models, and goal alignment with Finance and Sales.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and represent Ads & Promotions in broader company initiatives.
• Use AI tools to automate and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategic finance, business planning, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL, with experience analyzing complex datasets.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and process implementation skills.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functions.
• Confidence presenting to senior cross-functional leadership and managing multiple workstreams.
• BA or BS degree.
