TL;DR
Chief of Staff (AI Neobank): Driving strategic execution for an AI Neobank expansion across products, markets, and teams with an accent on operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, and leadership decision-making. Focus on translating strategy into measurable progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and leading complex initiatives across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations.
Location: Taiwan, with work from the Taiwan office at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
- Build and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
- Prepare decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and help leadership make trade-offs on people, capital, products, and markets.
- Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.
Requirements
- Strong experience driving strategic execution across teams.
- Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, follow-through, writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and limited guidance, moving from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
- Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language across global teams.
- Ability to work from the Taiwan office at least 3 days per week.
