What you will do

• Support the growth and development of hirify.global’s grocery business.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses that balance growth with profitability.
• Develop quarterly and annual plans and track progress against business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial decisions and create new processes.
• Carry strategic projects from conception through execution with visibility to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking within a high-growth technology sector.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at different organizational levels.
• Experience managing budgets for multiple teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Basic SQL proficiency or a strong willingness to learn.
