hirify.global is recruiting for an established engineering organisation delivering subsea engineering solutions for offshore wind, offshore energy, and major offshore infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Own project execution across planning, delivery, documentation, reporting, and closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, testing, commissioning, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, revenue forecasts, invoicing, milestone payments, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive commercial performance through variation control, negotiation, and profitability improvement.
• Lead lessons learned, change management, non-conformance resolution, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in offshore wind, subsea engineering, offshore energy, or a related industry.
• Experience delivering complex engineering projects from initiation to completion and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of subsea infrastructure, cable protection systems, umbilicals, flexibles, renewables, or related offshore technologies.
• Strong commercial, contractual, planning, negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Formal project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in engineering, project management, or a related discipline; strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

• Experience in offshore wind, subsea engineering, cable systems, renewable energy, or offshore construction.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and QHSE initiatives.
• Additional leadership or management qualifications.
