What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve the Project Management Readiness framework across Oceania projects.
• Develop project delivery processes, governance structures, project controls, standards, and execution tools aligned with global requirements.
• Lead readiness reviews, planning assessments, structured handovers, lessons-learned workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adapt global project management methodologies to Australian and New Zealand regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate between global PM Excellence functions and the Oceania project management organisation.
• Implement and govern project management systems, reporting platforms, performance metrics, training materials, and capability-building programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, project controls, project excellence, or project delivery.
• Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors and complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including development, tendering, execution, commissioning, and close-out.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, scheduling, performance reporting, digital project systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in international matrix organisations and localising global standards and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline, plus strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
