What you will do

• Design and support scalable AWS data platforms and processing solutions for high-performing analytics ecosystems.
• Develop data architectures, pipelines, and processing frameworks for batch and streaming workloads.
• Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, architecture decisions, and delivery plans.
• Build and optimize large-scale analytical workloads using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Flink.
• Implement orchestration workflows with Apache Airflow or MWAA and data warehouses including Snowflake and Amazon Redshift.
• Guide engineering teams, document technical designs, and support delivery from PoCs and MVPs through production.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Tech Lead designing scalable data platforms and processing solutions on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of batch and streaming data architectures and modern data ecosystem practices.
• Practical experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, or Flink.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python, plus Scala or Java.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or MWAA, Snowflake, and Amazon Redshift.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong interest in developing further into a Data Architecture role.
• Experience evaluating data technologies and patterns.
