What you will do
- Support and maintain a production Data Lake and Databricks-hosted transformations and reports.
- Monitor pipeline health and investigate and resolve data issues.
- Maintain, debug, and improve existing Python-based transformation logic.
- Support end users and stakeholders with data requests and incidents.
- Document platform changes and keep technical documentation up to date.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on Databricks experience in a production environment.
- Strong Python skills for reading, maintaining, debugging, and improving existing code.
- Experience supporting or maintaining data pipelines and transformation logic.
- Ability to own and support a live system independently and responsively.
- General understanding of Azure and cloud data platform deployments.
- Experience supporting or maintaining an established data platform.
