Frontend Engineering Manager (LegalTech)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 288,000–432,000 PLN annually, plus annual performance bonus, long-term incentives, benefits, DTO, parental leave, and equity program.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing frontend platform team building core UI infrastructure, design systems, component libraries, and enablement capabilities.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions involving scalable component systems and Micro Frontend patterns.
• Ensure accessible, performant, responsive, and internationalized user experiences across products.
• Partner with product, UX, and engineering leaders to define and deliver platform-wide solutions.
• Foster engineering excellence through Agile delivery, feedback, continuous improvement, and team development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience, including 2–4 years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, preprocessors, responsive layouts, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with component libraries, design systems, Micro Frontends, state management, and frontend testing using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous programming, CI/CD pipelines, WCAG standards, and internationalization.
• Experience managing Agile engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products on Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with .NET, Node, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Experience with AI-driven user interfaces, UX-focused frontend implementation, or design system governance.
