Head of Technology

Location: Hybrid, remote, or onsite options in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland, with offices in Yerevan, Limassol, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise engineering managers, team leads, and technology teams.
• Align architecture and technology initiatives with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Establish quality standards, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices for technology divisions.
• Drive technical initiatives, product innovation, tooling improvements, and implementation of planned projects.
• Mentor engineering teams and develop technical expertise across the organization.
• Represent technology teams to the business and participate in recruiting interviews for senior technical leadership roles.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of engineering experience with hands-on coding background.
• Previous experience as Head of Engineering or Head of a Development Division managing a team of 30 or more people.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• English and Ukrainian or Russian are required.
• Business-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach.
