Software Engineer - Vice President (Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cloud engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Oversee development and maintenance of ready-to-consume cloud patterns and solutions.
• Partner with app teams to migrate existing applications and build new cloud-native apps on AWS and hybrid architectures.
• Champion frictionless cloud onboarding for developers and prioritize product features aligned with business needs.
• Ensure security-first designs, high availability, resilience, and scalability in all solutions.
• Collaborate on product roadmap, provide migration insights, and participate in cloud governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years professional experience with deep expertise in public cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead in cloud-native development or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building secure, highly available, scalable systems in large enterprises, including hybrid cloud and on-premise integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
