What you will do

• Coordinate Brazilian payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, benefits, taxes, and reimbursements.
• Work with People teams and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate payroll documentation and employee lifecycle data.
• Manage external payroll providers across international entities, reviewing payroll outputs and coordinating payment approvals.
• Oversee statutory filings, social security contributions, year-end reporting, and compliance with Brazilian labor requirements.
• Direct payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts, funding, accruals, and general ledger balances.
• Track payroll KPIs and drive improvements in accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil and available for remote work.
• At least 1 year of operational payroll experience with hands-on Brazilian payroll knowledge, including CLT and eSocial.
• Experience managing multi-country third-party payroll providers.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, eSocial regulations, and statutory tax obligations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced fintech, technology, or multinational environment.
• Experience with HiBob, Workday, TOTVS, ADP, Senior, or similar payroll and HRIS platforms.
