Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria (averaging 2-3 days onsite)

What you will do

• Lead the Project Management function across Product & Technology to drive consistent, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee delivery planning, governance, risk management, and dependency tracking across multiple programs.
• Own resource management and workforce planning to align delivery capacity with business priorities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to improve execution predictability and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management standards, methodologies, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading project delivery teams within complex technology or digital product environments.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and project-based delivery methodologies.
• Experience in resource management and delivery capacity forecasting.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, AgilePM, CSM).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience within media, publishing, or digital subscription industries.
• Experience working within portfolio management environments.
• Knowledge of Lean delivery approaches and modern product operating models.
