What you will do

• Support annual, long-range, and quarterly financial planning for game studios and franchises.
• Prepare forecasts, perform variance analysis, and provide business insights to leadership.
• Partner with global business stakeholders on development budgets, investments, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
• Support project greenlights and deliver monthly project status updates.
• Represent finance for a group of game studios and communicate updates to studio leadership.
• Partner with HR to monitor hiring trends and ensure projects have adequate support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations finance, FP&A, brand finance, accounting, consulting, or a related area.
• Strong financial, business, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through.
• Experience with financial systems is desirable.
