Salary: $83,608–$139,347 base pay annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze transportation initiatives, cost performance, operational metrics, and variances to plan.
• Partner with Transportation and FP&A stakeholders to develop weekly reporting, targets, and bottom-up forecasts.
• Build and improve financial models and processes for strategic transportation initiatives.
• Prepare annual operating plans, financial budgets, and margin analyses.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting presentations for investors and the board.
• Identify risks, opportunities, process improvements, and automation solutions across financial planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
• Required experience in 3PL or transportation.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite, SmartView, SQL, Power BI, and Power Query is preferred.
