Senior Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps solutions.
• Design solution architectures and provide consulting for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft, third-party, and other external systems.
• Configure and develop solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Customer Service.
• Contribute to solution quality, continuous improvement, and practical resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Potentially lead and mentor a technical development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, plus 5+ years of software development experience, or equivalent expertise.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, and solution design.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft cloud technologies, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Lifecycle Services, and Data Migration Framework.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Microsoft and third-party applications, with strong C# and JavaScript development skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, mentoring, and technical team management skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Power BI knowledge.
