Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics)

What you will do

• Build maintainable features and resolve complex end-to-end issues across the Dynamics platform.
• Shape platform engineering direction and ensure solutions meet business, quality, performance, resilience, and security standards.
• Define technical debt strategies and improve the reliability and maintainability of enterprise systems.
• Develop test strategies covering security, usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
• Lead code reviews, research emerging technologies, and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and foster collaborative, respectful ways of working.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in at least two of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale, optimized, and maintainable software features.
• Strong ability to analyze, debug, and resolve highly complex technical issues.
• Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
• Sound understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modern release strategies, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
