What you will do

• Manage sourcing activities for specific categories including dairy ingredients and other materials.
• Analyze market trends and develop mid-term procurement strategies.
• Identify suppliers, manage relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance with internal standards.
• Lead multifunctional projects focused on cost saving and value creation.
• Report on raw material costs, pricing, and project progress for global and Japanese scorecards.

Requirements

• University graduate with 5 to 10 years of sourcing or equivalent business experience.
• Business English proficiency (TOEIC above 600) and native Japanese communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment with resilience and ownership.
