Chief of Staff (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Japan. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the Tokyo office.

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development.
• Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through to final execution.
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities to support rapid company growth.
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan and able to work from the Tokyo office 3 days per week.
• Strong English communication skills are required for our global team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, business judgment, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
