Location: Japan, Tokyo; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the Japan office

What you will do
- Drive high-priority initiatives across the business.
- Work with leadership to solve business and product challenges.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Build teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows.
- Research new markets, products, and business opportunities.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience working across different business functions and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership, execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language across global teams.
- Must be based in Japan and work from the Japan office at least 3 days per week.
