Utilities Section Leader

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; onsite facility operations.

Salary: $67,000 annually.

What you will do

• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety, accessibility, and maintenance compliance.
• Identify repair needs and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, repair projects, and capital improvements.
• Supervise maintenance staff and delegate facilities-related tasks.
• Manage external service contracts and vendor activities.
• Create and monitor budgets for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, controls, and other building systems.
• Experience troubleshooting switchgear, breakers, panels, motors, and related electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform labor-intensive work, manage multiple priorities, and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
