What you will do

• Support the optimal use and development of customs systems and processes, including IE2, HOST, and TCUDAP.
• Analyze customs systems, interfaces, and data to define specifications for efficient IT solutions.
• Coordinate customs systems across logistics, Quality, Procurement, and other departments.
• Implement customs systems at plants worldwide and support the optimization of internal standards and processes.
• Plan and deliver interdepartmental training on customs systems and related topics.
• Maintain system documentation, identify vulnerable areas, develop improvement measures, and ensure black-box testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• More than two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with customs or ERP systems such as IE2, HOST, or TCUDAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and adapt to frequent changes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of customs regulations and preference schemes.
• German language skills.
