What you will do

• Develop and evaluate complex financial scenarios for AI valuation, forecasting, and analysis capabilities.
• Assess model outputs for market relevance, compliance, and financial accuracy.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve advanced generative AI systems.
• Contribute expertise to projects involving financial modeling, risk assessment, and equity research.
• Collaborate with partnered AI labs, platforms, and hirify.global’s research team.
• Co-author technical reports and research publications.

Requirements

• PhD, Master’s, BBA, or related degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, portfolio management, financial consulting, or equivalent research.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, asset pricing, DCF analysis, market analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• CFA or CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, collaborative professional with an interest in financial technology.
• Authorization to work in the country of residence is required.

• Prior experience working with AI systems.
• Experience contributing to academic or technical research publications.
