What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients across different industries.
• Structure data intelligently, perform analysis, and conduct benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
• Help clients identify opportunities related to data and AI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data- and AI-related topics.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, rigor, and result orientation.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
