• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Guide the adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with TOM (Target Operating Model), controls, or governance.
