Salary: $150,000–$210,000 base compensation, with potential additional incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do
- Lead large-scale transformation programs across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and laboratory environments.
- Advise senior life sciences stakeholders on smart factory, digital manufacturing, supply chain, and laboratory transformation strategies.
- Design future-state operating models, process improvements, technology roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including scope, budget, staffing, risks, executive communication, and client satisfaction.
- Drive proposals, RFP responses, account growth, executive relationships, and new business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while contributing to offerings, accelerators, thought leadership, and practice growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading manufacturing and supply chain transformation programs in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare organizations.
- 6+ years of consulting experience serving life sciences clients.
- Deep expertise in at least two areas including smart manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, lab informatics, lab operations, operational excellence, digital operations, quality transformation, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience advising executive stakeholders and managing consulting teams and multi-workstream engagements.
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, proposals, and account growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or life sciences preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Syncade, Opcenter, or Apriso.
- Experience with LIMS, ELN, laboratory informatics, QMS, PLM, or SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and supply chain platforms.
- Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled transformation, digital twins, connected operations, advanced analytics, or operational intelligence.
