Innovation Specialist (Assistant Vice President/Vice President)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the Risk Management Division’s innovation and continuous improvement strategy.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities through stakeholder engagement, process reviews, data analysis, and performance assessments.
• Facilitate innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and structured problem-solving forums.
• Coordinate process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives across the Division.
• Track benefits, performance, governance, and sustainability of improvement outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and support functions to drive adoption and cultural change.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in innovation, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Experience facilitating workshops, conducting process reviews, and engaging stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
