What you will do

• Support the Risk Management Division's innovation and continuous improvement strategy.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities through stakeholder engagement, process reviews, data analysis, and performance assessments.
• Facilitate innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and problem-solving forums.
• Support process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop benefits tracking, performance measurement, governance, and portfolio reporting mechanisms.
• Promote continuous improvement practices and collaborate with business, technology, and support functions to implement approved initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in innovation, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, presentation, influencing, and project execution skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulated environments.
