Senior Specialist, Shops Ops Excellence (Q-Commerce)

What you will do

• Own and optimize Q-Commerce fulfillment metrics across Pandora’s portfolio in 15 markets.
• Query and analyze operational datasets using SQL, Looker, Google Data Studio, and advanced spreadsheet workflows.
• Use GenAI tools such as Gemini and Claude to accelerate root-cause analysis, automate reporting, and generate operational insights.
• Investigate order failures and develop scalable SOPs, vendor playbooks, and fulfillment strategies.
• Lead regional operations excellence projects with Commercial, Account Management, Product, and Logistics teams.
• Establish vendor performance baselines, monitor compliance, and implement mitigation plans for underperforming partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, retail operations, Q-Commerce, marketplace operations, or business performance analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, Looker, Google Data Studio, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and GenAI models including Gemini and Claude.
• Knowledge of retail or supermarket operations, store fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and supply chain logistics.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and operational execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
