Trading Operations Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid workplace with rotational shifts or on-call coverage as needed for market hours and incident response.

What you will do

• Manage trading routes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and maintain automation structures, operational workflows, and trading routes.
• Enforce transaction authorization policies and document optimized trading processes.
• Oversee trading tools and external service providers.
• Implement automation, system integrations, dashboards, alerts, and advanced monitoring for market making and OTC derivatives activities.
• Coordinate workflows between the APAC trading desk, global engineering, risk management, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, spot and derivatives liquidity venues, OMS/EMS, FIX, REST, WebSocket APIs, and blockchain fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency risk management and security protocols.
• Experience building operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows; familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Availability for rotational shifts or on-call coverage during market hours and incident response is required.

Nice to have

• Regulatory and compliance exposure, including KYC/AML, the Travel Rule, market abuse surveillance, or licensing regimes.
• Strong Python skills for data wrangling, automation, monitoring, and reconciliation tooling.
• SQL proficiency and experience with TypeScript or Java.
• MBA or relevant professional certifications.
