Focus on building performance-center tools, managing client trials and projects, supporting product customization, and applying generative AI to improve operational efficiency.
Location: Singapore; hybrid work model

What you will do
- Monitor customer vessels and identify performance differences and their causes using client and industry data.
- Process and analyze large datasets with modern business intelligence tools to find operational improvement opportunities.
- Report findings and advise clients on improvement actions through written recommendations, meetings, and workshops.
- Implement performance-center tools and processes, including onboarding and training for new customers.
- Manage client projects, trials, service-scope development, and performance evaluations.
- Support Sales with demonstrations and trials, and provide product-customization input to developers.
Requirements
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in the shipping industry, particularly vessel performance, fuel efficiency, or environmental compliance.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Understanding of modern IT technologies and software.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, or similar AI-assisted productivity platforms.
