What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and structure business knowledge for AI tools.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure for developing, deploying, maintaining, and monitoring AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering on infrastructure and security guardrails.
• Establish practices for data privacy, model governance, autonomous agents, and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Coach and mentor colleagues with different levels of technical expertise.

Requirements

• Experience with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Solid understanding of secure software development and data privacy.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, business context structuring, and model output validation.
• Service-minded communication skills and the ability to support less technical colleagues.
