What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of enterprise sales.
• Work with customer and prospect technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect integrations.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate the value of the voice AI platform.
• Develop enablement materials, self-service tools, and documentation for sales teams and customers.
• Identify repeatable integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into scalable product features.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with customers on technical problems, including through student clubs or side projects.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
