What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, workflows, and high-impact pain points.
• Own flagship engagements from use-case discovery and commercial structuring through delivery and close.
• Work closely with customers and Forward Deployed Software Engineers to design, prototype, and deploy AI agent solutions.
• Advise customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Present proposals and results to technical stakeholders and C-suite executives while exploring applications across industries.
• Feed customer insights back to Research and Product teams and build compelling product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience; direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
• Experience with product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial judgment and comfort with enterprise sales cycles, value propositions, and deal structuring.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and adaptability across industries and customer environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, common tooling, and mapping enterprise workflows to AI systems.
