What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to identify AI transformation goals, pain points, workflows, and high-impact use cases.
• Own flagship engagements from use-case definition through commercial structuring, implementation planning, and close.
• Work closely with customers and Forward Deployed Software Engineers to design, prototype, demo, and deploy AI agent solutions.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Present proposals and results to technical teams and C-suite executives while exploring applications across industries.
• Share customer insights with Research and Product teams to influence the platform, models, and roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; enterprise customer experience is preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial judgment and comfort with value propositions, deal discussions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demonstrations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Technical familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and mapping enterprise workflows to AI systems.
