Staff Engineer (Software Development)

What you will do

• Develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the technology stack.
• Design high-quality software architecture and deliver solutions through the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, efficient code; automate tasks; review and debug code; and perform validation and verification testing.
• Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines, support release management, and drive continuous system improvement.
• Analyze complex software issues, determine root causes, and implement practical, permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with IT management, development and delivery teams, and vendors while supporting and coaching junior software engineers.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience across the software stack.
• Experience with software design, architecture, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend operational improvements.
• Experience developing and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to support junior engineers through coaching, advice, task planning, and estimation.
• A credit check, criminal record check, and qualification verification check are required.
