What you will do

• Deliver and maintain high-quality customer-facing and internal applications.
• Champion technical standards and promote the use of the latest software technologies.
• Coach and mentor Tribe members to improve individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with Architecture to define and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Lead the management and prioritization of technical debt.
• Advocate for testing practices and the rollout of automation across the business area.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience delivering IT development projects.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Proficiency in Java (up to v21) and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, MVC, Batch).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Concourse, GitLab, Octopus) and databases (MSSQL, DB2, Mongo, Postgres).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
• Related degree or equivalent professional qualifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with test tooling like Selenium, JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock, Karma, or Jasmine.
• Knowledge of REST/JSON APIs, Swagger, and HATEOAS.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular.
• Familiarity with the ELK stack and Unix environments.
