Senior NOC Core CS Engineer / Technical Lead (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC to maintain network and service availability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration across multiple technology domains.
• Guide operational teams and coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups during issue resolution.
• Drive process improvement, operational governance, and NOC performance management.
• Mentor engineers and support technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Lead Core CS / Voice Core operations or provide transversal end-to-end network oversight, depending on the profile.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in mobile core network engineering, support, or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish and English communication skills are required for a technical environment.
• Knowledge of core network platforms including HLR, HSS/HSS-FE, CUDB, UDM, UDR, AuC, EIR, and DNS.
• Experience with IMS and Voice Core, signaling and interconnect technologies, and Ericsson or Huawei platforms.
